ENVIRONMENTAL REMEDIATION
Northwind offers extensive experience as a prime contractor on remediation tasks, self-performing on complex nationwide and international hazardous, toxic, and radiological waste (HTRW) and environmental remediation projects for clients including USACE; EPA; Westinghouse; NASA; and the US Army, Air Force, and Forest Service. Our remediation personnel have direct experience with FUSRAP, Superfund, and FUDS projects in compliance with RCRA, CERCLA, EPCRA, and other regulations mandated by federal clients.
Our experience encompasses the full scope of remediation for complex and highly regulated projects; we know the procedures, regulations, and best practices to get the job done efficiently, safely, and completely.
Our current environmental contracts include the Shallow Land Disposal Area (SLDA) FUSRAP site in Pennsylvania and a $460 million contract through USACE Savannah District for Environmental Restoration Services with our Joint Venture partner, Jacobs.
