• Raystown Lake •

The United States Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) has been designated as the lead agency to manage the Raystown Lake restoration activities in Hesston, PA.

Northwind Engineering, under Purchase Order #W912DR-07-T-0130, has been designated to provide tree and shrub installation services for the Raystown Lake Project. For this contract, Northwind Engineering will report to the USACE. The primary objective of the Raystown Lake effort is the timely and effective landscape activities. 

The primary goals of the Raystown Lake Project are:

1. Mobilization and Demobilization. 

2. Purchase 500 tree and shrub stocks as described in Section D.

3.  Install Trees and Shrubs.

4.  Install weed barrier mats and wire cages.
