The   Area Facility Management Specialist Contact for 99th Regional Readiness Command

Northwind Engineering, LLC has been awarded three contracts to provide ongoing Facility support services that includes maintenance and repair services in the states of Pennsylvania, Maryland, Virginia and West Virginia.  The contracts cover 3 million square feet of facilities at 100 different locations.  The types of facilities range from Army Readiness centers, maintenance shops, aviation support facilities to transient quarters, storage facilities and controlled humidity warehouses.   

Facility support services include everything from Heating and ventilation systems to Building envelope, grounds and security requirements.   The contract requires Northwind Engineering to have a complete understanding of the unique Army regulations and requirements and unit missions.  Northwind engineering is responsible to identify facility deficiencies, develop cost estimate for correcting to 99^th and once approved, correct the deficiency.  Under these contracts, Northwind Engineering is also responsible for monitoring the performance as defined in the Scope of Work for other contacts that are already in place at the facilities.  The types of contracts range from grounds maintenance and custodial to new construction contracts.
